Who Am I

Don't let the baby face fool you - I'm 30 years old!

A Canadian entrepreneur and emotional wellness philosopher. (Okay that's a little long 😬)

From the age of 19 I battled with depression and a frustrating sense of despair, or as my friend once called it, "a passive, sometimes aggressive, disinterest in existence".

What has & is saving me from those beautiful pits is an idea that I now help others embrace: That our sadness is trying to tell us something important. In order to find out what that exact message is, we must first learn how to properly listen to our pain. For once we listen to and be-friend our emotions, they'll let us in on a wealth of beautiful secrets hiding within ourselves - and cease to cause us suffering.

Here at GRIEVE, I support people during hard times, and guide them in learning how to truly love & listen to themselves.

Support vs Coaching

  • Both are centered around listening to you and helping you grieve, feel, heal, and find peace.
  • Support Sessions are 100% about letting you speak your truth in a safe and supportive space. I will guide you with stimulating questions and help you connect with you.
  • Coaching Sessions have everything support sessions have, as well as a focus on learning how to properly listen to and connect with your inner self. Expect some resource recommendations, some suggestions & more opinions from me, and the occasional piece of light homework ;)
