About GRIEVE

GRIEVE is an online healing platform. Our goal is that people from all over the globe may come to this virtual spot to find a safe place to grieve wounds within their hearts.

Whether its talking to each other in groups, or one on one with a Grieve Guide, we aim to be an affordable safe space for the every day person.

We're convicted that many of us unintentionally hold trauma within ourselves for years and decades after triggering events.

We believe humans are far more than the angry raging alpha-monkeys that the internet makes us out to be. We believe that humans organically carry so much light, kindness, and capacity for empathy.

Yet because of unheard pain, suffering, and trauma, we callous up into shells of ourselves, valuing hardness, meanness, and dominance more than the thing that makes us truly beautiful: our compassion.

A wise friend once told me that the journey towards emotional wellness is like becoming a warrior. If you think about it, we tend to ignore or suppress negative emotions for a very good reason.

In our heart of hearts we know pulling off that band-aid and opening long calloused emotional wounds would cause severe psychological bleeding.

Yet as we get older, we may come to realize that healing, if such a thing exists, will likely require pulling off that sacred band-aid and delving, like warriors, into the dark and hidden caves of our emotional, inner-selves.

Unraveling the mystery of what lies inside us, truly without judgment, and then attempting to understand and get comfortable with the secrets we find.

Knowing that sometimes it will be a most satisfying quest, while other times, it may be a slow, even confusing journey.

Yet if it is healing and peace that we truly want, then what choice do we have but to put on our allegoric armor and fight that good fight?

Every so often, maybe after a breakup, divorce, loss of a loved one, broken dream, or any tragedy, if we tune into what our heart is telling us, we'll hear something like a call; a call telling us to suit up, put on, once again, that scratched and torn armor, and venture into the treacherous-beautiful caves of our own psyche and feel again. Feel the past. Feel the present.

Here, through Emotional Wellness Coaching, you don't have to go there alone. We'll go there with you - like a flashlight - guiding and supporting you all along the way. We will go there, there and back again.
