• I'll ask some thought provoking questions to get you engaged with your past self. The floor is yours, I'm here to support you and facilitate finding your own best answers.
• Expect to receive recommended articles, videos, and resources. 
  Much of the content I recommend is connected to The School of Life. See them on YouTube or their website to get a feel for my perspective and approach.
• Sometimes I will give you a small bit of "homework" after a particularly important session. Maybe I'll ask you an important question and for you to journal an answer and tell me what you found the next week. 
• Most importantly, this is still about you finding your own answers. My answers are important for my journey, but I know that each person finds their own answers in their own time, in their own way, at their own pace. Your truth is not my truth, and I think it's important for someone in my position to acknowledge that.
